In compliance with the European Union Regulation No. 1169/2011,in the list below you will find some allergens (substances that are usually harmless to most people, but which in some individuals are capable of producing allergic manifestations of various kinds).
1 – Cereals containing gluten Wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut or their hybridized strains and derived products. Wheat-based glucose syrup, including dextrose, is excluded; wheat-based maltodextrins; glucose syrups made from barley and cereals used in the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
2 – Crustaceans and crustacean products All products that may contain crustaceans, even in trace amounts.
3 – Eggs and egg products Products that may also contain trace amounts of eggs.
4 – Fish and fish products with the exception of fish gelatine used as a carrier for vitamin or carotenoid preparations and gelatine or isinglass used as a fining agent in beer and wine.
5 – Peanuts and peanut products All products that contain peanuts or may also contain traces of peanuts
6 – Soya and soybean products However, there is no obligation to report the presence of refined soybean oil and fat; natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural soy-based D-alpha tocopherol succinate; vegetable oils derived from phytosterols and soy-based phytosterol esters; or plant stanol ester produced from soybean-based vegetable oil sterols.
7 – Milk and milk-based products Lactose is included in this section, but not whey used in the manufacture of alcoholic distillates or milky.
8 – Nuts Namely: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, agachu nuts, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts and their products.
9 – Celery and celery products All products that contain or may contain celery, even in trace amounts.
10 – Mustard and mustard products All products that contain mustard, even in trace amounts.
11 – Sesame seeds and products thereof All those products that contain or may contain sesame and sesame seeds, even in trace amounts.
12 – Sulphur dioxide and sulphites Sulphites and sulphur dioxide in concentrations above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/litre in terms of total SO2 to be calculated for products as offered ready for consumption or reconstituted in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
13 – Lupin and lupin products All products that may contain lupins even in trace amounts.
